Call 877.463.2265, choose option 5 and leave a voicemail (Please note: If you are calling to report an unauthorized ACH transaction or wire transfer, please provide details in the voicemail message so an investigator can begin loss prevention or recovery measures as soon as the receiving financial institution opens.)
Alternatively, you may complete a Fraud Reporting Form in the secure site virtual assistant.
You can expect a call back on the next business day.
Non-Ameriprise Accounts
If you have been the victim of fraud outside of Ameriprise, call 800.862.7919 to inquire about additional security measures to help protect your Ameriprise accounts. Representatives are available:

You have responded to the email with your account or personal information
Call 800.862.7919 and request to speak to a representative during regular business hours:

You have not responded to the email
Forward the email to anti.fraud@ampf.com. Do not remove the original subject line or change the email in any way when forwarding.
Watch for an auto-generated reply to let you know we’ve received your email. If we confirm the email is fraudulent, we will take appropriate action immediately.
