Our 24-month rotational program offers several assignments that involve assisting our HR Business Partner Team, various COEs and our HR Services Center. You will have four 6-month rotations where you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:

• HR Services: Working in Employee Relations, Contact Center and HR Operations can give you a solid understanding of day-to-day HR activities and employee management.
• Process Analyst Role: This can help you develop analytical skills and improve HR processes.
• PMO: Project Management Office experience is great for learning how to manage and oversee HR projects.
• Payroll / Compensation / Benefits: Understanding these areas is crucial for managing employee compensation and benefits effectively.
• Talent: Working in talent management can help you understand how to develop and retain employees.
• Talent Acquisition: This is key for learning how to attract and hire skilled candidates.
• HR Business Partner: This role can provide strategic insights and help you align HR practices with business goals.

Learn how to identify, analyze and mitigate risk across all lines of Ameriprise business - Advice and Wealth Management, Global Asset Management and RiverSource Insurance and Annuities. As part of our 18-month rotation program, you'll develop valuable leadership skills to create business solutions that help protect clients. You'll also execute on strategic projects as you rotate through several teams, such as:

• Anti-money laundering / anti-fraud
• Field office inspections
• Compliance communication review group
• Regulatory affairs

Explore the strategies and research required to market a powerful brand and to create compelling communications and digital interactions. On our 18-month rotation program, you'll develop critical skills as you complete three rotations in one or more of the following areas:

• Consumer marketing, insights and market segmentation
• Digital, UX engineering and local marketing
• Marketing strategy and analytics
• Internal and external communications, and community relations

LDPs on our 18-month rotational program will develop valuable skills and experience in strategic initiatives that support Advice and Wealth Management's objective to help clients reach their goals through a robust suite of wealth management solutions, banking and cash products and capabilities.

• The strategies and solutions provided by Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) enable advisors to deliver on a commitment of the Ameriprise Client Experience: recommending investments and solutions aligned to client goals. WMS houses our capital markets, managed accounts and third-party solutions, as well as the Investment Research Group.
• The Ameriprise Bank's strategic objective is to deepen client relationships through a broad set of retail banking products and creates a stable and diversified earnings stream for the AWM segment consistent with Ameriprise Growth. The Bank consists of three product departments: Cash, Personal Trust Services and Lending.
• Supervision & Risk Mitigation supports the growth of Ameriprise by effectively identifying, addressing and mitigating risks to our clients and our advisors. The team is responsible for all retail supervision through execution of policies and procedures and performs risk-based reviews.

As an LDP on our 18-month leadership development program, you will gain valuable experience and help to drive profitable growth for approximately 10,000 financial advisors.

You will also have networking opportunities to meet with all levels of leadership across the firm to gain industry knowledge. This program consists of three 6-month rotations through different departments, such as:
