Forbes partnered with Statista to recognize the World’s Best Employers, chosen based on an independent survey of over 300,000 employees in over 50 countries worldwide. The ranking is open to corporate groups which have over 1,000 employees and operate globally. Eligible companies were evaluated on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a higher weighting for personal evaluations. The final ranking reflects the period of May to June, from each of the last three years (2023-2025). Ameriprise did not pay a fee to be evaluated, but did pay a fee to publicly cite the results. Newsweek partnered with Statista to create the America’s Best Customer Service list, created based on an independent survey of over 200,000 customer evaluations. Participants included individuals who had made purchases, used services, or researched products and services within the past three years. Final rankings were determined by two components: Likelihood of Recommendation (50% of the final score) and five evaluation criteria (50%): Quality of Communication, Professional Competence, Range of Services, Customer Focus, and Accessibility. The final ranking reflects the period of June to July 2025. Ameriprise did not pay a fee to be evaluated, but did pay a fee to publicly cite the results. Ameriprise was ranked within the “Services: Real Estate & Banking” category, “Asset Management” sub-category. Eligible companies (those with greater than $100M revenue in the last fiscal year; positive revenue growth from 2021 to 2023 or 2022 to 2024) were evaluated across three key categories: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. The final ranking is a reflection of the period from March 2025 to July 2025. Ameriprise did not pay a fee to be evaluated, but did pay a fee to publicly cite the results.
